model_picker

Recommended models per use case, ranked by evidence, filtered by the chosen cloud and the data-residency rule, with the estimated routing saving against the top model and which models were excluded and why. Read only.

Role: viewer and above (any person, AAL staff, machine key); price cards and the managed price only for a client_admin or AAL staff.

Acts: no. It only reads; nothing an AI agent calls through MCP approves, pays, or changes a limit.
