active_runs

Runs in progress now (contract 1.12): each run’s agent, elapsed time, current step, tokens and cost so far, approvals waiting, and running or stalled. Filter by pack or card. Counts and timings only.

Role: viewer and above (any person, AAL staff, machine key).

Acts: no. It only reads; nothing an AI agent calls through MCP approves, pays, or changes a limit.
