deployment_profiles

Each deployment’s profile (contract 1.13): ephemeral (containers start only when needed) or always-on, with its last wake, cold-start p50/p95, uptime hours this month, daily cloud cost and, for an ephemeral deployment, the estimated saving against always-on. Read only: a switch is requested by a client administrator in the portal or the API, never here.

Role: viewer and above (any person, AAL staff, machine key).

Acts: no. It only reads; nothing an AI agent calls through MCP approves, pays, or changes a limit.
