  • Live runs: GET /api/v1/runs/active/stream streams active runs as they change. See the Read reference.
  • Polling: GET /api/v1/runs/active sends an ETag; send it back as If-None-Match and LightHouse answers 304 Not Modified until something changed. See Active Runs.
  • Attention: GET /api/v1/attention lists what needs a person now: failing agents, outputs awaiting sign-off, budgets and pre-approvals near their limits.
  • Command status: GET /api/v1/commands/{command_id} follows a command to applied, failed, refused or expired.
