# SDKs

When they are, they will be generated from LightHouse’s OpenAPI document, so they track the API rather than drift from it.

## Until then

- Call the API with any HTTP client. Every page of the [API reference](/api/reference/) gives each route in curl, Python (`httpx`) and TypeScript (`fetch`).
- Generate your own client from [openapi.json](/openapi.json) with the generator you already use.
- Read the conventions once: [Authentication](/api/authentication/), [Pagination](/api/pagination/), [Errors](/api/errors/), [Idempotency](/api/idempotency/).
