Savings. view=‘ledger’ (default): dollars saved per month by prompt cache, model routing, stopped and retired work, from the monthly value reports, with this month’s estimated headline. view=‘headline’ (contract 1.9): the estimated saving this month (period YYYY-MM for another) against context stuffing, the top model, no caching and a hosted platform, with breakdowns, method and coverage.

**Role:** viewer and above (any person, AAL staff, machine key).

**Acts:** no. It only reads; nothing an AI agent calls through MCP approves, pays, or changes a limit.
