Knowledge records (what was asked, read and cited), read in place from your own account. Needs the content_viewer role. Nothing is copied.

**Role:** content_viewer and above (a client person or key holding it, or AAL staff as content_viewer); every call is audited as `content_read` in the client’s audit log, and an AAL staff read also emits a `staff_content_read` event.

**Acts:** no. It only reads; nothing an AI agent calls through MCP approves, pays, or changes a limit.
