Evidence scores (contract 1.14): evidence strength (the share of cited claims at their ladder’s strong tiers), the uncited-claims rate and tiers by ladder, grouped by agent, pack, subject, day, run or release; the top-passage tier mix of searches. Filter by agent or run_id_hash.

**Role:** viewer and above (any person, AAL staff, machine key).

**Acts:** no. It only reads; nothing an AI agent calls through MCP approves, pays, or changes a limit.
