The agent map, read-only. view=‘graph’ (contract 1.8): the estate as nodes (triggers, packs, agents \<pack>:\<card>, models, tools, MCP servers, retrieval indexes, sign-off points, delivery channels) and edges with measures for a window (runs, calls, cost_usd at the price card, input, output and cached tokens, items and bytes moved, errors, sign-offs, estimated retrieval savings), plus stage-ordered flows for a Sankey; window 24h, 7d, 30d or 90d; counts only, never content. view=‘pack’ or ‘flow’ (1.4): the catalogue’s map with this month’s hand-offs.

**Role:** viewer and above (any person, AAL staff, machine key).

**Acts:** no. It only reads; nothing an AI agent calls through MCP approves, pays, or changes a limit.
